Bobby is a customer service-oriented Operations Manager with 12+ years of experience in the residential service industry. He is committed to promoting the highest standards and company values throughout his entire leadership team. Bobby oversees operation activities throughout every level at Hutchinson.
Bill is a graduate of West Chester University with a bachelor’s degree in English Education. He has spent the last 30 years within the HVAC industry, with the first 6 years selling as a comfort consultant. Bill later transitioned into sales management and leads the team of Comfort Consultants at Hutchinson.
HVAC Service Manager
George started his career in residential HVAC back in 2012 as a maintenance technician. He quickly developed strong technical knowledge and was always a leader at heart. George runs the HVAC residential service division at Hutchinson with over 40 field technicians. A typical day for George is includes training, technician support, promoting customer satisfaction, and growing his team.
Matt is an HVAC expert with great experience in all aspects of the trade. With a background in both residential and commercial HVAC, Matt manages the residential installation team at Hutchinson. He has 30+ years of extensive knowledge and enjoys watching his team grow within the trade.
Dominic is a Master Plumber with 25 years of experience in the Plumbing trade. He has occupied the role of Plumbing Service Manager for the past 10+ years but has been with Hutchinson for over 20 years! Dominic has a strong passion for coaching and serving people through principle-centered behaviors and for delivering extraordinary service to our customers.
