Bill Hutchinson

Senior Project Manager

A veteran of the HVAC commercial services industry, Bill manages project development for Hutchinson’s diverse commercial customer base.  For jobs involving design build, he oversees the preconstruction process, supports the estimating team with labor and construction issues, and determines the best systems for the specific application. He serves as project manager and handles coordination, scheduling, overseeing contractors and equipment, verification of specifications, releasing equipment to the site and more. Bill confirms systems are operational, provides owner’s training and addresses warranty issues.  He manages operations of commercial business, overseeing manpower, training and recruiting. He is involved with business development as well. While serving as an owner of Hutchinson Contracting Co. prior to the acquisition of Hutchinson by Conectiv in January 1998, Bill served as Commercial Division Manager. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ. He is past Board Chair of Brookfield Schools and currently serves on its board. Bill is the former Chair of the Haddonfield, NJ zoning board and former president of the Haddonfield Jaycees.  

Pete Hatton

Director of Commercial Services

Pete has worked in the HVAC industry since 1985. He joined Hutchinson Mechanical Services in 2001 from Conectiv Services as commercial accounts sales and operations manager.  As Director of Commercial Services for Hutchinson, he is responsible for the overall management and administration of the daily operations of commercial lines of business. Previously, he served as Commercial Sales/Operations Manager where he led Hutchinson’s commercial HVAC operations, ATC and commercial sales group. Since 2002, Pete and the sales and service team have represented Hutchinson throughout the Greater Philadelphia tri-state region, educating customers on the benefits of sound maintenance programs and working with customers on energy and service initiatives for the present and future mechanical operations of their facilities. Pete attended Temple University, Lincoln Technical Institute and has numerous credentials in the HVAC service and sales industries.

Joe Coyle

Energy/BAS Manager, Hutchinson Mechanical Services

A Hutchinson employee since 1995, Joe provides energy design and protocols for facility lighting, control, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Providing an all-inclusive turn-key approach, he performs building site surveys to identify and provide documentation of on-site opportunities for energy efficiency measures (ECMs) in commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings. Analyzing building utility bills to determine energy usage trends, Joe prepares and presents comprehensive reports and presentations showing ECM’s, economic analysis and return on investment. Prior to joining Hutchinson, he worked at RCA in Camden, building and designing military electronic equipment and radios. Joe attended DeVry Institute of Technology where he studied electronic engineering. He has completed extensive training in electronics, boilers and commercial/industrial HVAC systems. Additionally, he has earned NATE Certification. He is a certified building automation designer/programmer with Honeywell WEBS AX credentials. Joe served in the United States Army and received advanced military training for combat radio repairs in Fort Gordon, Georgia.

Jack Dyer

Chief Estimator

Jack started his mechanical career in 1989 at GE Aerospace- Moorestown, NJ after a short stint with electronics at RCA Camden. After several years studying mechanical systems, operations and engineering, which also included hands-on mechanical maintenance, service and installation, Jack hung up the tool belt for an estimating and project management role. In 2001, Jack was brought on board at Hutchinson Mechanical Services as Chief Estimator. Responsibilities include commercial HVAC & plumbing estimating, budgets and design build pre-construction services. Other responsibilities include project management and business development. Jack is an active member of the Association of Builder and Contractors (ABC), New Jersey Chapter and South East Pennsylvania Chapter. He studied at Lincoln Technical Institute, Burlington County College and Ferris State University. Jack has numerous credentials in the HVAC & plumbing installation, service and sales industries.

Mary Fasola

Contract Administrator/Asst. Project Manager

As the Contract Administrator, Mary is responsible for the steady work flow of all the required correspondences, contracts and licensing, and is the liaison between the General Contractors and Hutchinson’s mechanical contracting team. As Assistant Project Manager, she is responsible for the flow of information between the field and project managers. She assists in the procurement of equipment for the projects and works side by side with the project managers to maintain project budgets. Mary has been a Hutchinson employee since 2004. She is an active member of the Association of Builders and Contractors (ABC) New Jersey Chapter and the BCA (Business Clubs of America).

Mike Hutchinson

Commercial Accounts Sales Representative

Mike is responsible for commercial sales of traditional retrofit replacement of HVAC systems and assists in the sales process, as well as business development. He has industry training in installation, SOPs and QA/QC for airflow, rooftop replacement, programmable thermostats and economizers.  Mike also specializes in high efficiency boiler conversions. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in history at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania.

Robin Piatkowski

Commercial Accounts Sales Representative

Robin joined Hutchinson Mechanical Services in 2007 as a Commercial Sales Representative responsible for new business development. Her key area of focus is on Hutchinson’s service contract customers in the commercial, industrial, medical and institutional fields. Prior to joining Hutchinson, Robin was employed at an ERP software company for 10 years where she successfully negotiated software license agreements for clients specializing in the automotive, consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, industrial products and life sciences vertical markets. With 20 years of sales and customer service experience, Robin possesses the interpersonal skills that enable her to quickly establish long term relationships with Hutchinson’s new and existing clients. Robin’s secret to success is: “Always having the best interest of the customer in mind and to exceed their expectations.” Robin attended Lincoln technical Institute and currently is involved in the Lean Six Sigma initiative at Hutchinson.

Clifton Hubbard

Commercial Project Manager

Clifton brings more than 20 years of engineering and construction services for a diverse client base, as well as a decade of project management experience. As commercial project manager for Hutchinson, Clifton will be engaged from pre-construction and development through final construction to ensure projects are completed to exacting company standards, and ultimate customer experience. Prior to joining Hutchinson, Clifton served as an engineering sales/project manager for a Malvern-Pa. based mechanical services company where he managed construction projects from mobilization to owner sign-off. Clifton earned his mechanical engineering degree from Lehigh University. He started his career as a design engineer with a number of Philadelphia based engineering firms honing his design and application skills in the mechanical and energy fields. He is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineering (ASHRAE).
